The project was completed by both the University of Edinburgh and Microsoft Research. The Cerebras chips are owned by the University of Edinburgh and the Edinburgh PhD students designed and implemented the system primarily. It would be nice if this could be correctly reflected in the post.
Additionally, the PLMR model is pronounced as “Plummer” and we could not think of a better name, but would give it another try. :)
